FleetOptics "Attempted" Delivery

Hello, I've been tracking my package the entire day today through FleetOptics website. And for some reason it states that it has been attempted, and the delivery is not complete. I had a feeling something like this would happen due to negative reviews about the company, so I took a screenshot around the estimated time they would deliver. You can clearly see that the driver was no where close to my area! I've been sitting in front of my window the entire day, and no car passed my house. I even checked my security camera, and no delivery was made. Where is my package?
