Fleet optics

So today I had the joy of Fleet Optics delivering my package to the wrong house. No idea where it is (but thank you to Sephora customer service for getting the refund process going to quickly). 
I was offered to redo my order but like I told customer service, I don’t trust them to deliver properly. 
There are still items I’d love to get that are “online only”, is there a way to choose a different delivery option?… and after seeing the other posts.. why is Sephora even still dealing with this horrible company?

I'm sorry to hear this and thank you for sharing this feedback with us! At this time, the carriers are automatically assigned to orders and we don't have a way to modify this or to choose a specific carrier. I apologize for any disappointment this may cause! I'll share your feedback with our teams so that improvements can be made.
