Fleet optics

Please stop using fleet optics for shipping, they are horrible, no way to contact them, and they give you a time that they will be delivering and then it’s 4 hours later that they show up? Canada post is so much better, I know there are many complaints about fleet optics, so why continue to use a company that is making your customers so frustrated?

 

I am seriously considering not buying from Sephora if you continue to use them, I am a VIB rouge member and expect better service, I tracked a package that I am expecting today, it was supposed to be delivered around 9:30 am, it’s now 1:37 pm and it’s still not here?? I live in an apartment building so they can leave it if I am not home, I have wasted countless hours waiting for fleet optics deliveries , they are not reliable at all, at least Canada post can leave packages in my mailbox if I am not home. Please reconsider using this shipping company.

I called Sephora today and the customer service agent said he can't do anything about it and that's it. LOL

 

Also, it is impossible to contact Fleet Optics by phone. Their email customer service sucks and they also have zero info and cannot contact the delivery person. The delivery window is not respected and I spend my entire day stressing, because I've had several packages stolen from me in the past few weeks.

I swear I'm also at the hedge of not buying products from Sephora ever again. And it's not just the "we are sorry". There have been so many complaints about them. I feel like they don't want to do their job. Waiting for a packaging is exhausting. What I've been experiencing is that they say they were not able to deliver and they came countless time. Last time the employee came, rang... I opened the door, ran after him, he saw me, went around the street and left.

Yeah, I am in the same boat. I live in an apartment building as well. The expected delivery time was 11:38am but I am still waiting & have to keep running up and down the stairs every hour since to see if it has arrived. It is now 7:28 and no update on the delivery. 😞
