I highly recommend against ordering online from Sephora now that they have switched their courier service to Fleet Optics.

Im not sure why Sephora chose to switch from Canada Post in the middle of a pandemic to a company that does not even offer customer service. I have ordered numerous times from Sephora in the past and had no issues with Canada post delivering and updating delivery correctly.

Fleet Optics called me to deliver while I was at work and were extremely rude to me over the phone. They offered no option of picking the package up and just said they would come back the next day or day after. I am missing a whole day of work now to sit here and wait for a package that I’m not even sure is going to come anymore. I work and cannot sit at home to wait for a delivery. No updates, no call and absolutely no way of even contacting the courier. I will never be ordering online off Sephora again as long as they use this courier service.
