Fleet optics unable to access

Getting frustrated with the shipping from Sephora. My package tracking said out for delivery all day yesterday and then when I checked last night it hadn’t arrived. Instead the tracking now says “Unable To Access - No answer at call panel - Attempt within next 2 Business Days”.I am so confused as I do not live in an apartment building, usually Sephora packages are just dropped in front of my house door. I was home all day yesterday and there was no ring or knock at the door, regardless there has never needed to be as it’s a house. has anyone else gotten this message even though they live in a home?
