Fleet optics still not delivered

Hi! I am supposed to have an order delivered monday but got the status “could not attempt” even though i’ve been home. Since they, i have received all my other sephora packages except for this initial one. They keep scanning it at the terminal but nothing else has been happening. I’m told to reach out again if i don’t get it by the end of the week (today’s the last business day of the week so). Is there anyone able to help me? The fleetoptics telephone line is simply not reachable because nobody picks up.
