Fleet optics issue

I am angry with Fleet optics. I am at a stand still not knowing what is happening because they lost my package.

My order was supposed to arrive on December 30, 2021 but I missed the delivery and it said exception on my delivery status. I was expecting it to be attempted to be delivered the next day but no. I waited and contacted Fleet optics the 31st and they told me "Unfortunately, there is a delay in delivering your order and we are currently investigating this issue, report the issue to the sender in case there is no update within 48 hours so that they can provide a solution for you". So I waited the 48 hours and contacted Sephora, they told me to ask if i can provide Fleet optics another way/or details to successfully deliver my package so i did just that, On Jan 2 (Sunday) I confirmed my phone number and buzzer number. I got a reply from Fleet optics on Monday the next day and got the same message I got the first time "Unfortunately, there is a delay in delivering your order and we are currently investigating this issue, please check the current status of your order on tracking website" .  It is now January 6, 2022 now and I contacted Fleet optics again because nothing has changed with my delivery status. and now they are telling me the SAME thing "Unfortunately, there is a delay in delivering your order and we are currently investigating this issue, report the issue to the sender in case there is no update within 48-72 hours so that they can provide a solution for you" they also said that "they escalated the issue to the manager and Please check the current status of your package on our website and report the issue to the sender if there is no update within 48-72 hours." I told them I waited 48 hours the first time and nothing changed so can they just return the package to the sender. Then they told me "I have escalated this issue now so if there is no update within this time, please contact the sender. We are currently trying to determine the issue and locate the package."

So they lost my package and now I don't know what to do. I waited long enough and nothing is being done.
