Fleet optic delivery problem ...

I’ve got bad bad bad product from Sephora on Aug 8. So i called for replacing the product. one of representative helped me lots and resolved the problem. So i was happy and felt better even if i had to see some mold from the product that i’ve purchased. The replacing packaged was delivered by fleet optic. And they just came to my place on the weekday 1pm ... i was not at home cuz I’m working.... anyway they did not called me or notified me so i had no idea they even came. I called the fleet optic customer service and told them i won’t be at home on the weekday until 6pm cuz i’m working . So asked them for delivery time rescheduling or changed the delivery location.They said no to me.. Few days later.. Finally the delivery guy called me ,of course weekday again 4pm. i was not at home so my fiancé had to run tomy place to pick up. When my fiancé finally got my home, the delivery guy was not there. it took only 5mins ... and i already told the delivery person that my fiancé will be there in 5mins but unfortunatelyno one cares. So i did not received my package. and my shipment tracking info shows that ‘no safe drop location’ now... Lol .... which is not okay to hear that. Delivery company is blaming at me to fail their work.. and does not even offer any other delivery options.....This is horrible experience in my life. Hopefully i can get a refund for this.. Please, Sephora management team... do not engage with this horribledelivery company...... this won’t be good for your company’s reputation.
