Fleet Optics

Sephora, I believe it’s been over a year since I asked this question so I’m going to follow-up. How are we coming along with the ability of your customers to enter delivery instructions in their accounts?  If you are going to continue to use a sub-par delivery service, this ability should be standard.  Perhaps this ability has (finally) been enabled and I’m just unable to locate it.  Any help you can provide is appreciated.

Hi @Pugluma Currently, there is not an option at checkout to enter delivery instructions. However, after you receive your tracking number, you are welcome to contact the carrier directly to provide them with delivery instructions.

Fleet Optics does not have the know how to deliver to condominiums securely or consistently.  Let’s not pretend this isn’t a well established fact. But if you could kindly give me the number I should be calling to alert Fleet Optics of my delivery instructions every time I place an order, it would be appreciated (I don’t believe there is one, but you may have access to a number I don’t).

Ah, their “contact page”.  I’m well aware (“contact” it is not … works about as well as their delivery practices).

 

This has been another colossal waste of time, but I hope I’ve pointed out the flawed logic of Sephora telling their customers to contact this delivery company with “delivery instructions”.

This is hilarious, because they most certainly cannot be contacted that easily. And as I've stated yesterday regarding my own missing package, sephora should resolve these issues with the carrier and the responsibility of ensuring the carrier is delivering properly isn't supposed to be on the customer. It should be resolved by sephora. This is absolutely ridiculous!
