Fleet Optics

After 2021 I will no longer be ordering from Sephora for as long as they continue to use Fleet Optics as a courier. As a Rouge member who spends >$1000 a year to maintain my membership I am actually appalled that Sephora defaults to using what is possibly the dumbest group of delivery drivers I have ever encountered, to deliver my purchases. I have had countless issues with Fleet Optics and have tried getting packages delivered to both my apartment and my office building with no prevail. 

Is delivering packages that difficult? Is it that hard to decipher an address on a mailing label? At least Canada Post ensured the packages were delivered and had safe places to put them if they could not directly hand them to you - Fleet Optics leaves packages in the lobby, unsupervised, of two tower office buildings that are openly available to the public. If you’re lucky, security for the building come across the packages and sends them to a mailroom before they get stolen. 

A huge integral part of customer service is being able to provide customer service all the way through. If you are going to continue to use a courier that could not care less about their job, what does that say about Sephora as a company?
