Fleet Optics

 Fleet Optics did not deliver my package because the "Business Closed".  But the delivery address is a downtown condo not a business.??? Did they go to the wrong address?  Also had a bad experience with FleetOptics on my last experience.  I like Sephora products but it is not worth the frustration to order on-line from them again.

Thanks - Sephora Customer Care has been extremely helpful in resolving this matter -I THINK the problem is due to a shortage of trained (courrier) drivers during COVID (drivers may be unfamiliar with the delivery routes etc).  But thanks to Sephora for checking into my problem!
