Fleet Optics

I got an email saying my order was delivered. I live in a building and I didn’t get any calls from the foyer downstairs for the delivery person to be let in. When I went downstairs I couldn’t find my package anywhere. It’s frustrating to think that the delivery person just left my package in the foyer where anybody could’ve picked it up. My building has had a few package thefts already so this was disheartening. I still don’t have my order.

The exact same thing just happened to me. If I had known Sephora was no longer using Canada Post for deliveries, I wouldn't have placed an online order. The reviews for Fleet Optics are horrendous (on this Sephora site as well as Google).

I have the same issue with FleetOptics. I'm truly frustrated.

Try to send an email to FleetOptics through their website too, with your tracking number.

 

I am really disappointed in Sephora for choosing fleetoptics to "deliver" our orders.
