Fleet Optics was great!

After reading many reviews on the shipment method by Fleet Optics, I was getting little anxious about sending a  Sephora package to my family located in the Peel Region. Since many packages tend to get lost in that neighbourhood where my family lives, I had to make sure the delivery person either rings the doorbell or knocks which some companies have failed to do in the past. Today, the package arrived at the front door with a ring and it was received safely. Next thing, I also received a follow-up e-mail from Fleet Optics asking for confirmation of the package arrival. I was quite happy with their customer service when the follow-up happened after the shipment. If anyone has concerns in future, I would recommend contacting Fleet Optics customer service before the package arrives. Another thing I noticed too was that tracking# only appears when the order is being dispatched by Sephora and postal code has to be entered with Fleet Optics tracking# on their website. It is possible that they improved their tracking website after many customer complaints in the past.
