Fleet Optics sucks!

I ordered a few items on Saturday (never have had an issue with delivery before), but Sephora has decided to use FleetOptics, which I have never heard of! This company seems to be a scam and have only negative reviews, why does Sephora use them??? They need to escalate this to management and never use them again- look at the reviews here as well!

 

Long story short, I have been waiting for my package for 2 days now- I have instructed the driver to call my cell phone, yet, I have not received a call or delivery notice! On my tracking notice, it says attempted delivery- well, I am home and no one has called! This company does not have phone support either! You have to send an email to someone. In this day and age, how hard is it to call the client to deliver a package properly? Obviously amazon finds a way! Their drivers always call. Fleet Optics is a joke and Sephora needs to stop using them. 

 

At this point, I know I will not get my package- they better process my refund fast! I will never order online from Sephora again!

Came here to check if I am the only one having issues. They are hit or miss, but mostly miss and disappointing.

 

Why not use canada post instead? My first online this yr, few months ago, took forever to arrive even when the "tracking says they are close to home already".

 

Now my current order says it's "on it's way" at 1:02am, Sept 2... when expected delivery date is sept 1.

 

I wouldn't mind the little delay as long as I know it will be inside the mailbox, but thing is parcels are left infront do I have to watch for it.

Just checked the tracking and delivery time has changed to Sept 2, 2pm. I'll wait, and hopefully it does not happen again that it kept on changing until it's been few days (almost a week) delayed..

 

I am really ok with a day or 2 delays, but at least they have to make their tracking at least accurate so I know when to expect.
