Fleet Optics - scam?

How can Sephora ship through this company? I tried calling Fleet Optics, but no matter what I selected on their menu I was hung up on and never reached a real person. No matter what number I pushed, I heard the response for package inquiries (go to the website and use their broken chat) and then "click"

All the links to their support chat are broken. 

There is no office located in any city that you can go to to collect your package. 

I'll be ordering direct from brands what I can't pick up in store until Sephora stops using this company. At least I was able to cancel and get refunded.

They stole like 2 of my products in the past and never ever can get in contact with anyone. No idea why they use them and I wish Sephora would stop having Sephora boxes.
