Fleet Optics horrible!!!

Fleet optics is just horrible this has happened so many times to me now, they say they have left my package at a safe drop but didn't and on my address it shows to buzz and my apartment number to go to. I have messaged them multiple times about how it needs to be placed at my front door of my apartment because my building has been having packages stolen. So this is now a 700 dollar order they messed up left it downstairs where now I cannot find it. Sephora said they would give a refund and now I received a message saying they will not be giving me a refund? Please tell me how any of this is my fault? Why does Sephora continue to have a company deliver for them when there is so many issues? Also I returned to costumer service about it how they wont refund me and this worker says if there is nothing else i can do for you and ends the chat on me???????? make it make sense does not give me to opportunity to ask for anything else just ends the chat. I am beyond upset with how fleet optics has not listened to instructions once again and how Sephora is trying to make me pay for this order i do not have when i sit here supporting their company. So upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Costumer support s/o
