Fleet Optics - “Unable to Access”

 

My parcel was supposed to be delivered today, but when I checked the tracking system it updated to:

 

Unable To Access - Customer Name Not Listed on Call Box - Attempt within next 2 Business Days

It provided a “Proof of Delivery” picture in front of my apartment, the courier never called me to inform me that he is downstairs, how was I suppose to know otherwise.

Please help me resolve this issue. I was expecting the parcel today.
