Fleet Optics Shipping

How do we opt out of fleet optics as the carrier and go back to canada post?  They are always late or never arrive, and there is no way to track the package.  When I inquired about that, the CSR offered to reship or refund.  One of the items I selected is now out of stock.  This is the second time this is happening.  So 2 issues here:

 

1. Fleet Optics is crap as a shipping carrier

2.  The CSR's do not read the emails before responding.

I also share your frustration with Fleet Optics. I have never heard of them prior to Sephora’s switch over to them and I wish I never have. I have never had any issues with Canada Post. However, I had a horrible experience with Fleet Optics with my first ever online purchase with them as the courier. Long story short, my purchase never arrived and had to spend hours on the phone with Sephora’s customer service representative to rectify the matter, which was a big waste of my time! In this highly competitive E-commerce environment, it’s this kind of service (or lack thereof) that would lead to the loss of loyal customers. Sephora should really reconsider this business decision and take a proactive approach to avoid future mishaps that are foreseeable with this incompetent courier.

I'm also truly sorry for the responses you've received to your emails and the representative that was assisting you may not have addressed all of your questions/concerns! Regretfully, we do not have an option at checkout to specifically select Canada Post as the shipping carrier. But I will share this feedback with the appropriate teams so they are aware of this negative experience and for consideration in any future changes! This is the second time this carrier has "attempted but not found" my address.  It's so funny when every other courier is able to find it. And this is the second time that they have returned my order and I've ended up missing out because part of it is now out of stock.

Also, what is the point in the 'track your package' link - once it's with fleetoptics, the status is unavailable. At which point you might or might not get it.

Sharing in your frustration! I've been waiting on my order for a week and FleetOptics claims to have "misplaced the package in the system" and has to call me back in hopes that they find it. Unfortunately didn't get much traction with Sephora Customer Service either on the phone, but understand there's not much they can do once the package is assigned for courier.

 

Based on all the posts about FleetOptics on here, you think Sephora Corporate would take a hint and switch back to Canada Post. I never had trouble receiving my orders (on time as well) prior to Sephora using FleetOptics. Will certainly not be ordering online again until we see some resolution on the shipping reliability front...
