Fleet Optics Missing/Stolen package

Fleet Optics claims they delivered my package but my husband was home the entire day and no attempt was made to ring door or make contact. We also have a very aware neighbour who always messages me when a package is delivered and nothing today. Fleet Optics took a photo of our package delivered at our garage but it’s not there. I read a lot of reviews of shady delivery practices with this company. I’m looking for a process to get support for this from Sephora. Also why does Sephora work with this company for delivery with so many issues ?!?
