Fleet Optics Lie

After looking up the reviews I now know so many people have had issues with their deliveries from Sephora regarding Fleetoptics inc. I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced what I’m experiencing right now. 

I placed my order on January 7th (remember that) and was told I’d receive it on January 11th. On January 10th I received a notification telling me my package would arrive the next day. It is now January 14th with absolutely no info. I contacted Sephora and they basically said they don’t know where it is because it was shipped to Fleetoptics. I contacted Fleetoptics yesterday and they emailed me saying they have not received my shipment and don’t know where it is however, they did receive my electronic documentation on JANUARY 1st. How could they have received electronic documentation of my order when it wasn’t even placed until January 7th??? I’ve emailed multiple times since and have gotten no response and now I have to wait until the package is marked as “delivered” until I can get a refund from Sephora. 

I’ve never had this issue when shipped with Canada Post so that makes me ask, Why does Sephora continue to use such an unreliable carrier when they know so many people have had such terrible experiences?? It’s really put me off from wanting to order/purchase anything from them.
