Fleet Optics Is a Scam

I'm so disappointed with Sephora continuing to use Fleet Optics. They delivered to me once, after much hassle and terrible attitudes from their drivers, and I never wanted to get a delivery from them again. This time, they have LIED multiple times on my order tracking. First they said that they were unable to locate me because I had moved from the address, which was a lie since no one from Fleet Optics even spoke to me, so I don't understand how they came to that conclusion. Their next attempted delivery occurred at a time when I couldn't be home to allow them into my building, and the driver was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and replied with "that's not my problem" whenever I asked for a reference to a customer service number, and now they have returned my order to Sephora, saying "incorrect address provided", which is also a lie. I had emailed them prior to this last delivery "attempt" to leave instructions, but they never responded to me and no one called me at the time of this so-called "delivery attempt". Sephora needs to do something about this. I've never had an issue with Canada Post and I don't see why they can't use Canada Post when large retailers get massive discounts.

I could not agree more. I am in the midst of the stress of trying to get a package delivered. Three days I have been home but they say I was not available to receive package. My units buzzer is like an air raid siren. I'm not buying it.
