Fleet Optics Delivery problem

Hi Sephora,

 

My order was to arrive today, but the tracking detail said Fleet Optics attempted and failed because no buzz code was provided.  My question to you is , how do I provide buzz code on order? I cannot find anywhere when I check out on myibole app that I can provide additional notes for the shipping company

 

My buzz code is simply my unit number.  The delivery peraon did not call me or try/attempt.  There are no delivery notice, what so ever.  My second question is will this be delivered to me? If they can't "complete" the delivery, where will I be able to get my order? Will it be lost?  what should I do if I don't get my order? 

 

This is hilarious. I tried to call fleet Optics and waited for a person to call for an hour by it still no one. 

 

Delivery was never like this back then with Canada Post.  This is my first delivery with fleet Optics and I am not happy with this experience.  I will consider not buying from Sephora if this continues.
