Flash shipping

I renewed my flash in March of last year. It's no longer being honored. Shipping is slower than ive ever seen it. And honestly why i dont patronize sehora anymore. What's the plan to compensate us; expedited shipping til expiration a prorated refund, a discount coupon? Sephora is too big (and was to respected)to be swindling its top consumers like this.

I'm sorry for the confusion. I see that you signed up for Flash on 03/01/2022 and it is valid through 03/01/2023! I also see that all of your orders have been shipped with Flash Shipping besides any orders that contain hazmat items like your most recent order. Orders that contain hazmat items are required to ship ground and in some rare cases, the total processing and delivery may take up to 8 business days. However, the carrier will always display an estimated delivery date so you can anticipate your package's arrival. I appreciate your understanding.
