Flash shipping with OnTrac

After numerous issues with OnTrac I had specifically asked Sephora to stop sending my packages through them. Now here I am once again waiting for a package that should have been delivered yesterday and I hVe been on hold with OnTrac for 15 minutes (and counting) trying to figure out where my package is. I should just start spending more money at Ulta and get better service through them. It is a shame that Sephora won't cut ties with yhis horrible provider with multiple customer complaints.
