Flash shipping = 10 Day Shipping?

Is there a glitch in the Sephora tracking module? 

I am a Rouge with Flash Shipping subscription. 

I placed an order on Aug 14th 2020. Order invoice shows that I selected "Flash Shipping", yet tracking states delivery is estimated on Aug 24th 2020! 10 days after ordering!

Since when did "Flash Shipping" become "10 Day shipping"?

Thank you for your response. This must be a Sephora website glitch then. As you can see, the image shows the 24th.
