Flash delivery order

I placed an order on August 17 using my flash shipping. It is still processing. Today is August 23. I have phoned on August 20 and told they would expedite order. I was given points for my inconvenience. Since then I have emailed and phoned again. My order has not shipped and cannot be cancelled as they don't know which distribution center has it. It would not be a problem but I used a gift card so it is tied up with the order. I am very frustrated with Sephora. Does anyone has any solution?
