Flash Shipping for Rouge

I've made Rouge for at least 4 years running. One of my most appreciated perks was automatically receiving the upgrade to Flash Shipping. As such, I didn't realize that I'd now have to choose to either choose the shipping as my reward or pay $15 to renew?? I didn't notice the change to my account until Lasership just left a package to sit in front of my apartment and it grew legs. This NEVER happened with Flash, as those were processed through another company. I'm already an obviously loyal customer, spending at least a cool $1000 in a calendar year. One would think that, as a company, Sephora would show some more appreciation, especially when there's so much competition, at least in the US, for our beauty dollars.
