Flash Shipping Returns

Hello - I recently became a flash shipping member and I see it is free shipping on orders, however I couldn't find any information on return policies. I am trying to decide if I should return via Mail or wait until I can drive to a retail location since that is much less convenient for me at this time. 

If I return an item by mail, and use the prepaid label, will the shipping amount (to ship back the return to Sephora) be deducted from the return? I.e. if I am only returning 1 item that was $20, would I get a $20 refund or $14 (20 - 5.95 return shipping)

Hey @prettyhappylife, all Sephora.com purchases can be returned for free by mail if you use the prepaid shipping label. No shipping fee will be deducted and you will receive a full refund as long as they receive the item within 60 days.
