Flash Shipping Problems and Poor customer service

I don't normally post publically, but no one responded to my emails.

 

I want to know why my Order #XXXXXX was sent GROUND UPS when it was supposed to be sent FLASH 2 DAY.  There was nothing in this order that was restricted.  There was a short delay in the warehouse, likely due to volume of orders, but that does not explain WHY my order was sent GROUND.

 

I placed my order on 11/14 (Flash) and it shipped 11/17 but will not arrive until 11/28 - Someone selected UPS ground, there is NO OTHER EXPLANATION.  I called customer service, he could not tell me why this happened.  I asked him to call UPS and upgrade the package to 2 day air and he claims they UPS said they could not do that (Lie).  So I told him to cancel my order. 

 

I placed five orders with you during the month of November.  I plan to return everything...

Order XXXXX    $242.00 - Cancelled

 

You are NOT the only retailer of skincare and cosmetics.  Treat your customers better.
