Flash Shipping Not Happening

I paid for flash shipping and on the site it says if an order is placed on a Monday before 3pm, a flash order will arrive by Wednesday. I placed an order last Thursday and just now (Saturday) got a notification that it won’t be here until Wednesday. I’m wondering why I’m not actually getting the flash 2-day shipping I payed for. Any help would be appreciated.

@PlaidLove I'm sorry to hear that! If your order was placed before 3pm on Thursday, the expected delivery day should be Monday, unless there are items in your basket with restricted shipping. I will be happy to look into this for you and send you a message with more information.
