Flash Shipping Issue / Sephora Fail

I've paid for the year of 2 day flash shipping. Why is my order taking 3-4 days to be delivered?! If Sephora is unable to fulfill on their end, they should not be advertising that they can. I'm extremely annoyed because in most cases, I already receive my orders within 3-4 days without subscribing to flash shipping.

I know what you mean ... it's the same as free regular shipping...Sephora is not what it use to be... I've sent messages to them and got a response but when I sent them a reply they still haven't answered me...so dissatisfied and disappointed....I guess no one cares how we feel ... try allure you might like it and ipsy too...I was gonna wait but what for I don't think Sephora cares if there customers are not very happy...it's business...it's all about the money...

I'm wondering what's taking so long as well; I placed 2 orders on 9/18 and one on 9/19 and they have yet to be shipped. (I also should be getting 2 day shipping).

Yeah, it's pretty ridiculous. Customer Support is not helpful and I have not received a response back yet. Unfortunately we can't get a refund on the subscription. If the service continues to be inconsistent throughout the year, I will not be renewing. Hopefully you will have better luck w/future purchases!
