Flash Shipping Delays

I'm very disappointed in the service provided with my last order. I pay for 2 Day Flash shipping and ordered on Tuesday 11/14. As of today, 1 of my 6 items has shipped and is scheduled to come next Wed 11/22. The other 5 have not even shipped yet. I spoke with Customer Service and the girl was nice enough but couldn't help me. I understand shipping hasn't been delayed, but my order confirmation specifically says it does not affect day, 1 day, or Flash.

 

My point to her was even if processing is delayed (which is the real issue), people who pay for expedited shipping should have it at least sent Express. Mine is coming UPS ground which is the slowest option. She told me there was nothing she could do once the order was placed.

 

Customer service, could you please assist and address my concern?

I am seeing all these posts regarding delays in shipping and I agree. However what frustrates me even more is that on the website it still shows that 1 day, 2 day and FLASH shipping will not be affected. I’m a VIB Rouge, as I’m sure many of you are, and today I received one item in my order that I placed on 11/23.   No samples... just one out of six. But I was charged for everything. I also received an email this afternoon, stating that there would be another 3-5 days before the rest was even shipped. 

So I called the VIB Concierge line and spoke to a young man who asked me, “What did i want him to do?”  Seriously.  I asked if I could cancel the order since it had not shipped. He told me no, they never do that. I’ve had it done before, so I know it can happen. I wasn’t offered additional points and I was hung up on. Yes, you heard it right. 

I may have over 11,000 points but I think I’m done. There is such a thing as customer service and human kindness.

I agree completely! I placed my order on Nov 15 and it was just marked as shipped on Nov 17. When I placed my order, it stated there would be a 1 business day delay for those with 2 day flash. According to my tracking number, my package won't arrive for another 6 days. This is insane! Why advertise 2 day shipping, if you don't have the means to provide it. I'm just hoping everything is in my package this time.
