Flash 2-day shipping

Why would they send out my newest order on a 4- day shipping process when I clearly have Flash 2-day shipping? Also they sent out a email stating they sent out my Play box then a hour later I got a email stating it was delivered. Except now its like 3 days later & still no play box. Thanks for helping

Just signed up for the Flash 2 Day Shipping and also am pretty disappointed. I placed my order on Tuesday night and was supposed to receive it today. My order is still in Kentucky. I'm in California. Now it says it won't be here until Monday. That is almost a week!!! What a joke!

I have flash 2 day shipping too. I placed an order yesterday morning and I won't be getting it til Monday. Doesn't make any sense. Why are we paying for flash when we can't even get 2 day shipping. I know there is the weekend but mail is still delivered on Saturdays so I should be able to get my package on Saturday. As for my play box I just saw that it is being shipped. Whenever I see that, my package is usually delivered to me that day. I haven't seen it in the mail. Sephora needs to fix alot ofstuff. I'm really contemplating making the switch to Ulta and Boxycharm.
