Flash 2 day Shipping late

I recently ordered the Flash 2 day shipping and placed an order on Wednesday October 18th and it is now Monday October 23rd and I still have not received my order?? I now have read reviews and see this is common... Not cool! I love and am used to my Amazon prime orders coming as expected and hoped that paying for this service would give me the same experience with Sephora ... so far a let down : (

I'm having the same issue..ordered on Wednesday 18th and as of today order is still pending. This is terrible customer service-I will never place another online order from Sephora. Too many other companies out there with faster processing and shipping!
