Flash 2 Day Shipping does not exist

I ordered during the 20% Rouge Event and my items were processed and shipped the following day, BUT, were NOT 2 Day shipping (it was shipped via Ground shipping)- It has been near a week and still no order. I understand there was a delay because of volume but that would affect items being processed and shipped, not the shipment time. Very disappointed in Rouge benefits. Will start shopping directly from the brands you stock who actually REWARD their customers instead of lie to them.

Seriously. They say that Saturday is not a business day and use that to have their so-called two day shipping. I've found that my order usually comes within two days anyway, so I've been lucky. I'm not impressed by Flash 2 Day Shipping, but at least it's free shipping no matter your purchase price. Also, have you noticed that samples are never what you order? That's happened to me every time!
