Flash 2 Day Shipping? More like Slow 1 Week Shipping

Paid for 2-Day Flash Shipping (which increased in price from $10 to $15), placed an order on 5/3 and it is set to arrive on 5/13. That's a total of 10 days, or 6 business days. So, what exactly did I paid for? Sounds like a scam to me.  I understand that the VIB sale causes heavy traffic for online orders but before you place your online order it CLEARLY states that "Due to high volume, your order might experience a 1-3 business day delay. Expedited shipping and Flash orders will not be affected." Quote on quote FLASH ORDERS WILL NOT BE AFFECTED.
