First Order in Limbo...

... but 2nd order received within 4 days. 

 

Hi there. There has been no update or movement on my Nov 27 order since Dec 3; tracking and the Sephora site says it should have been delivered by now (Dec 15). I don’t understand - I made another order on Dec 5 (evening) and received that one on Dec 9 (mid-afternoon) so, what the hold up with my Nov 27 order? Can someone please help me?
