How do I find my Sephora credit card account number before my card comes in the mail? They can’t/won’t tell me over the phone.

Sorry, Sephora does not have credit card account numbers available. Please contact Comenity Bank directly so they can look into this for you. You may contact them by phone at:

Did you ever get this to work?  I completely regret opening this card-- I've spent ~4 hours on the phone being passed back from Sephora to comenity and back and forth and back and forth and no one can seem to help me place an order or give me my temporary card number.

As you do not have the temporary card number available, I recommend waiting until your physical card arrives to place your order. It should arrive within 10 business days of being approved. My card will never arrive as my mailing address is different from my account address. 

I can't access anything without my card number. 

This is very broken and kind of scary
