Feeling disappointed - missing sample

I'm pretty disappointed. I was looking forward to getting my order delivered all day only to find when it arrived this evening, the sample I ordered was not included in my order. They didn't offer an alternative or an explanation. It was listed on the bill, but not included in my delivery. 😢
