just a comment. Hopefully Sephora can improve in future as this is likely costing the business. I ordered the ABH Norvina eye palette. The palette arrived with at least six shades smashed or loose from the palette. The palette had been shipped in a too big box with only two sheets of brown paper as padding protection. This is the first palette I’ve received broken. When ordering from other makeup companies they carefully wrap palettes in bubble wrap and a smaller box so it doesn’t rattle around in shipping. Have to reluctantly return this.
