Feedback for Heartland, Ontario!

I am the kind of person who really likes to send my feedback. In the past I made several complaints about the treatment I have received at this location. But now I’m dedicating some of my time just to share how much I appreciated the customer service at my todays visit.

Today was the first time I visited this Sephora location, and I truly felt welcomed and valued . After several visits in the past, this experience really stood out to me.

A special thank you to Usha, Nisha, and Sania (give them a raise!) for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They made me feel comfortable, guided me thoughtfully, and turned my visit into a very positive experience.

This team truly represents the level of service Sephora should be known for, and I deeply appreciate the effort they put into making customers feel valued.
