Fedex？

I just gave up a package，because it was ship via FedEx, who has time to stay at home to sign the package? Why do I have to drive 40mins to pick up a package? I received a notic card, no pick address, so I google fedex shipping centre to pick up, I drew 40mins, and the rep told me oh, your package is in fedex ground, it’s the sisters company of fedex express. What? And I ask how come there is no address? The guy answered they assumed everything know that. W..F?a I will order from shoppers next time for the same brand that I can get from them. nyother 40mins, I don’t want that freaking package!sephora you can keep it

I’m in the same boat! FedEx is open a whole 2 hours a day in Fort McMurray and I work those 2 hours... they won’t reroute it to another address that could actually get the package (in a different town). So back it goes and I’ll wait for my $450 refund! Guess they don’t need the money from their rouge members all that much 🤷🏼‍♀️.
