Federal Express Sucks!

Please do not EVER send a package to me via Federal Express again. In the past, all of my packages have been delivered by UPS. The UPS representative comes right to my apartment door and leaves the package for me if I am not home. The one time that I get a Federal Express delivery, it is patently obvious that no attempt was ever made to deliver to me. A delivery slip was left on the front door of my apartment building telling me that I had to come to a pickup point with two forms of ID to get my package. Seriously??? I was home and no attempt was made to deliver. Plus, tracking shows that the package went directly from the FedEx distribution center to the pick up center without ever actually coming to my home. Apparently, FedEx can't be bothered to deliver. Customer service is a joke. There response was, "Oh well, nothing much we can do." My response to that is, "Oh well, from now on I'll do my shopping at Nordstrom and Ulta." Pathetically poor service, Sephora. Get your act together.
