FedEx shipping is not as dependable as UPS

I placed an order last Tuesday, realizing that even with 2 day shipping it could potentially be a little delayed because of cyber Monday, but Wednesday it showed that it was taken to a FedEx facility and Friday was the expected delivery date. I checked back on Friday and it showed no changes on tracking information, like it was setting dormant at FedEx. I waited the weekend, checking back a couple of times and still nothing. I placed another order from Sephora on Saturday and it’s already been shipped with UPS and is to be delivered Wednesday. The package from last Tuesday has no expected delivery date on the Sephora or FedEx site, and absolutely no change in status, just that it was taken to FedEx

Every time I order from Fedex, something always goes wrong. I placed an order for the sale on sale event. The delivery guy put a note saying the "buzzer not working" and put return to sender. I tried asking Fedex to hold it at the distribution location so I can pick it up, but the guy on the phone said no because Sephora request it to be returned. I didn't even get a notice saying "pick up at location x" or tried calling me at all. I NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH CANADA POST at this address that I've been living in for the past 5 years. Canada post will just leave a note for me to pick it up at the post office. So I tried and reorder the same item again and same thing. "buzzer not working" and returned to sender. Fedex on the phone said not their problem and ask to contact Sephora, sorry and hung up on me! I got a refund with extra points but.. I really really really wanted my package and it is now sold out 😞

Yeah, every time I order from Sephora I have the worst issues with FedEx. They are literally trash. You're so lucky you got the other option to have UPS deliver 😞 FedEx is so unreliable. They're always so slow and deliver packages so carelessly.
