Faulty applicator haus labs concealer

I purchased the haus labs concealer and the applicator tip fell off after a few months, when I still had a lot of product left. When I brought it to the north park dallas store the manager Ruby was very rude and blamed me. She said that they would know if there was an issue with the product and there wasn’t, so it must’ve been something I did. After leaving the store and looking at reviews. There is clearly an issue with the applicator. Picture after picture on the review page show the tip falling off.
