False advertising

So, I ordered something from Sephora last night that was over $25. There was a trial size NARS lipstick listed on the website with a listing that as long as your order is over $25, you can receive this lipstick bonus if you type in the code with your order. This morning, I had received an email that this lipstick is now out of stock. So, I called to see if I can have it replaced with another trial size offering listed on the website. The CSR said that they couldn’t do it unless I ordered $25 more of something else but that she will give me points instead. This is why ULTA wins my business. I will continue to enjoy being a Diamond member for ULTA- they value their customers!! I tried to do the same with Sephora but false advertising loses my business. Oh well. Thanks anyway.
