False advertising by Sephora NZ

We just had an awful experience with Sephora when they promoted opening deal on the Website with spend over $55 getting free palette. My daughter went for the offer specifically buying more to get to over 55.

Her invoice clearly stated she was getting the palette as the part of the deal yet there was no palette in the parcel when she got it.

She contacted Sephora and was told they simply ran out so" best of luck."

That was appalling and we are logging this case with NZ Commerce commission People beware of Sephora false advertising and customer service
