DO NOT PURCHASE A SEPHORA GIFT FROM ANYWHERE.  I want to know what is being done about this continual fraud on these SEPHORA cards.  I came on here to make a post about my own situation and see that there are many others!!!!!!!!!!!!  I bought a card at a Walgreens in Boise Idaho.  I had them put 100 on the card for a Christmas present for my daughter.  She scratched the card TODAY both the long number and the pin AT SEPHORA and the agent told her she has a ZERO balance.  I called the gift card help place at Sephora and they told me the card was used in January in Canada on line!  They said to talk with customer service.  So I did that and they told me, sorry we treat it like cash and maybe your bank of the card you used can help you.  What a joke.  Sephora needs to fix this.  Calling BBB and the FTC tomorrow.

Omg thank you so much! I was about to purchase a gift card and saw this comment and decided not to. Can’t believe how many scams there are what A holes!!😡 Imagine what these people could do if they spent they’re time doing good instead of scamming people #never buying a sephora giftcard
