I ACTUALLY MANAGED TO GET HELP!!! Call the VIB help line 1-877-842-6659 and te them you haven't got your code. They will be able to give you your PERSONAL code attached to you email. So much more help than on here. 

 

Also, you can't use any other promotions with it. No offers or cash rewards. ALSO I COULDN'T EVEN USE MY GIFT CARD WITH IT?? BS promotion...sephora really hates it's clients.
