FLEETOPTICS LIED ABOUT DELIVERING MY PACKAGE

I got an email saying fleetoptics delivered my package. I was home all day and no one showed up I even went downstairs to check if they had left the box outside and there was nothing. My first order with Sephora and it is such a bad experience !! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY
